چکیده
Aimed at investigating the differentiation of acoustic emission (AE) signals and fractal precursory characteristics between strong, weak, no bursting liability coals under uniaxial compression, as well improving accuracy rockburst monitoring early warning by AE techniques, we experimentally studied evolution law differences ring count rate, energy correlation dimension different loaded YAW4306 electric mechanical test system CTA-1 monitor. Our experimental results indicated that coal samples with liabilities showed a similar “sharp increase-calm-sharp increase” before their main rupture. The active points emitted from appeared about 85∼90%, 75∼78%, 51∼55% peak stress, respectively. stronger coal, shorter duration rupture postpeak failure stage, greater rate in counts had obvious characteristics, values strong weak presented phenomenon “fluctuating rise to value-sharp drop-continuous decrease,” which can be used information failure.

Fractal and Chaos Characteristics of Acoustic Emission During Failure of Cemented Filling Body
The cemented filling body is taken as the object of this study, whose nonlinear dynamic characteristics of damage and instability are researched by virtue of acoustic emission (AE) under uniaxial cyclic loading and unloading test. The results show that there exists similarity in variation trend between correlation dimension and maximum Lyapunov exponent during each loading stage, which also ver...
متن کاملfailure behavior assessing of wood strands under tensile loading using acoustic emission technique
with the aim of identifying failure mechanism in oriented strand boards, failure behavior of wood strands under tensile load was investigated using acoustic emission technique. resinated and unresinated strands were arranged at top, middle and bottom section of the board before pressing. tensile and acoustic emission tests were performed simultaneously on treated and control samples. using tens...
متن کاملMonitoring and Failure Analysis of Corroded Bridge Cables under Fatigue Loading Using Acoustic Emission Sensors
Cables play an important role in cable-stayed systems, but are vulnerable to corrosion and fatigue damage. There is a dearth of studies on the fatigue damage evolution of corroded cable. In the present study, the acoustic emission (AE) technology is adopted to monitor the fatigue damage evolution process. First, the relationship between stress and strain is determined through a tensile test for...

15 صفحه اولHealth Monitoring for Composite under Low-Cycle Cyclic Loading, Considering Effects of Acoustic Emission Sensor Type
Composites have been widely used in the aerospace industry. Due to the requirement of a high safety for such structures, they could be considered for health monitoring. The acoustic emission approach is one of most effective methods for identifying damages in composites. In this article, standard specimens were made from carbon fibers and the epoxy resin, with the [03/902/...
